Our award-winning lettings team grew from managing 37 properties in 2014 to over 300 today. Including the properties in our block management department, we now look after more than 1,000 properties across the North West – and the number is growing all the time. We give our tenants 24-hour emergency contact telephone numbers and our landlords can have the mobile number of any company director or manager. We carry out credit searches, referencing, and affordability checks for all our tenants, and we also do mid-term inspections to keep our landlords up to date with how their tenancy is running.
