We give our tenants Emergency 24-hour contact telephone numbers and our landlords can have the mobile number of any company Director or Manager. All tenants undergo credit searches, referencing, and affordability checks, and we always undertake mid-term inspections to keep our landlords up to date with how their tenancy is running.
