Berkeley Shaw has its own Block Management Division and is pleased to be the Managing Agent for 15 Residential Apartment Developments in the North.

Our Block Developments vary in sizes and needs and we take great pride in devoting our efforts into making Apartment Owners happy with the management of their asset.

For example we operate a high end service with permanent site based staff in the leafy area of Birkdale, Southport, where apartment values are in the region of £500,000 per Unit. This development has 30 Units, landscaped gardens, underground parking, penthouses, elevators, fob accessed electric gate system.

On Site Staff

We also operate Apartment Blocks in areas of low and mid affluence where all units are tenanted and where constant inspections are needed to upkeep the required fire safety compliance and environmental challenges are tackled on a daily basis.

For all of our Blocks, we operate the following support Services:


  • Corporate and Company Governance headed by our Qualified Legal Executives
  • Building and Maintenance Plans headed by our Qualified Architect and Surveyors
  • Service Charge Budgets and Payments headed by our Chartered Accountants
  • We provide Project Management and Lease services using our internal and trusted external partners to ensure that all Management Companies are run efficiently and legally.

 All of our Development Owners are given the direct line to our qualified and amiable Property Manager who is available 6 days per week. We also have a 24 Hour Emergency Line for all residents and owners.
