We spotted an apartment that we wanted to buy in Crosby and as it was for sale with Berkeley Shaw we appointed them to deal with the sale of our property too.  Our house was on the market within days.  The viewings were arranged at a time to suit us and we received regular updates by phone call, email and through their online app.  All the staff were great, from managing viewings, to relaying offers, and making sure we always knew what was happening.  Once we’d agreed the sale/purchase, they chased progress for us, rang us regularly to keep us informed and were always available if we rang them or popped in. Really responsive real estate agents. They were always quick to answer my questions of help to communicate with the vendors' solicitors.

First Class Service - Inclusive to customers.

Rachael Doyle is an executive director at Berkeley Shaw Estate Agents and she is a credit to her company.
The service we received was first class and she kept us up to date with information at all times and she is so efficient.
Due to my wife being disabled,  Rachael very kindly agreed that she would meet us at the new property in order to sign all the relevant documentation, and due to this my wife was made to feel included in the proceedings.
